Thursday morning was a refreshing experience exploring the senses of oranges. Recreation set up this awesome cart of oranges! From the orange tablecloth to the sample of fresh mandarin oranges and the lovely citrus smell provided by essential oils and the oranges themselves. We also included a video all about oranges from farming to harvesting to making juice. A wonderful program covering all 5 senses!

Attention Staff!! It's time for our 2nd Staff Pumpkin Decorating Contest! Let's get creative! Our residents will be your judges! Show off your creativity and bring smiles to our residents' faces! We can't wait to see your amazing pumpkins! Non-carved pumpkin entries to be submitted no later than October 27th.

Welcoming in Fall with our Fall Social, with orange tablecloths, our Fall Flower Arrangements (that our residents made), the Fall banner, and food! Served were some yummy Apple Dumplings (made in our Cooking with Apples program), Puffcorn, Cheese, and some Apple Cider. We had such a delightful Fall afternoon filled with laughter and great company!
