Client Success Story 💪
In 2025, one of my clients fractured her femur after dealing with micro-fractures caused by previous medications. She worked hard through physical therapy, but still felt like her body didn’t move the way it used to. Her gait had changed. Her posture was different. Her activity level dropped. And the simple joy of her favorite long hikes—5+ miles—started to feel out of reach.
But she didn’t give up.
When we started working together, our goal wasn’t just “exercise.”It was teaching her how to move again—how her body interacts with gravity, how to safely load her leg, and how to rebuild confidence step by step.
From October to this past week, her walking pattern improved dramatically:✔ More natural step width✔ Better balance and weight shift✔ Less guarding of the injured leg✔ More confidence in every step
These changes aren’t just technical—they mean freedom. Freedom to move without fear. Freedom to enjoy life again. Freedom to get back to those long hikes she loves.
Rehab doesn’t end when PT ends. Sometimes it just begins.
So proud of her persistence and mindset. Progress like this comes from patience, consistency, and learning how your body truly works—not just pushing harder.
If you’ve had an injury and feel like “something still isn’t right,” don’t lose hope. The body can relearn.
Keep going. 👊
