Clelian Center is a certified medical model Adult Day Center by the Connecticut State Department of Social Services. The Clelian Center has a 100% rating with the Connecticut Association of Adult Day Centers, Inc. and is in partnership with the Agency on Aging of South Central Connecticut, The Archdiocese of Hartford and The Alzheimer's Association.
