Hello AMSA Members,

We are happy to announce we will be holding elections for our Eboard!

Brief Overview of the Election Process
Our AMSA election process will consist of a pre-recorded applicant video and an election that will take place on google forms. We will attach every video application as well as a voting form.

Dates

February 28th at 12pm- Submit the application video (see more below) to amsa@quinnipiac.edu

February 28th at 8pm – Videos and form will be sent via email to all

March 2nd at 12pm- Voting will close

March 2nd at 4pm - Everyone will be alerted to who won each position.

March 3rd by 4pm- Accept or decline position

Week of March 17th; TBD- Attend our first new E-Board meeting.

Rules and Requirements to Apply
* Must have attended at least one AMSA or AMSA co-hosted event within the last two semesters
* Must be able to meet weekly/biweekly
* Must be willing to uphold specified duties.

Video Requirements
-Video for each position (MAXIMUM OF 2 POSITIONS)
- 2 minutes max length
-Introduce yourself (name, major, hometown, medical specialty interests)
Answer some of the following questions…
* What position are you applying for?
* What makes you a good candidate for the position? What strengths do you bring?
* What drew you to AMSA?
* What will you be excited to do in your new position?
