That's right. No wait list. Sign up for a free 30min zoom consultation through my website (in bio) and leave either with an intake scheduled with me or a list of a few other folks I recommend.

Let's get your questions answered in a culturally responsive, trauma informed, and neurodiversity-affirming way.

The goal of all trauma treatment is not to be super relaxed and calm all the time.

Depending on the type of reaction that you are most prone to after having experienced a trauma and being triggered will dictate what kind of healing your nervous system needs.

Absolutely, some people who are prone to fight or flight responses will absolutely need support to dial down those reactions so they can access their window of tolerance and make choices about their behavior and communication.

However, people who are prone to freeze and fawn reactions may need support to actually turn on bigger behaviors and their ability to communicate at all when they've been triggered.

They may need to be more ACTIVATED but in a different way.

This is how trauma specialists meet people where they're at to support them in embodying their fullest and truest selves.

Head to my website for a free 15 minute consultation to see if we'd be a good fit to work together.

One thing I'm not going to do is tell you when and how to put down your trauma reactions.

They are built into our nervous system to help us survive and they got you this far in life.

Clearly if you're coming to therapy it's because some of those reactions no longer serve you and the way they did in the past and perhaps they're getting in the way.

My job as a trauma therapist is to help you have more choice. To help you regain agency so that if you are triggered you are able to decide how to respond. But specially for people who are facing danger, who are facing ongoing trauma, who are experiencing discrimination, and other kinds of identity based violence, I am not going to tell you to stop responding the way you need to to keep yourself safe.

I will help you with discernment.

I take this approach both in therapy and in testing. Looking at how our systems respond to trauma and how that impacts our current experiences and symptoms.

I have a few openings for therapy and even more for testing. Head to my website and schedule a free brief consultation and let's talk about the possibility of working together.

You know I want you out of therapy, right?

Only half joking lol.

For real tho. I want you achieving your goals, building skills, decreasing symptoms and to G**O.

Jk I want you to stay in therapy ONLY as long as you need it.

For some that's a couple of months. For others its longer-- and this depends on factors such as the severity of what you are experiencing, your proximity to danger and oppression, and sometimes subsequent stressors or trauma.

This continues to be an open conversation between us throughout our work together.

And I LOVE when people end a course of treatment with me but then reach out again in the future. Because to me, this also means they learned when its time to ask for support. And that is such a critical life skill.

Oh and for testing? You'll get such a thorough eval that whether you meet criteria for ADHD or Autism or not, the recommendations I provide will be super specific and will likely enhance your current treatment to help you achieve your goals.

Curious about working together? Sign up for a free brief consultation with me and lets see if we'd be a good fit!

Can't tell you HOW MANY PEOPLE I see who ask me to re-test them because they didn't feel their previous evaluator got the full picture.

Folks also say "I am so glad you are asking about masking because I was afraid I'd come to the eval and just mask and you wouldn't get why I am here."

Listen. I ask the questions.

AND I ask you to contact me AFTER the testing day in case you realize later that you were masking or using another coping strategies during the eval but didn't realize at the time.

I'm here for all of it.

So hop on a Free Consult Call with me and let's chat about working together.

✨ Clarity is powerful — whether you receive a diagnosis or not. ✨

Many adults wonder: Is it worth it to get tested if I’m not even sure I’ll receive a diagnosis?

If you experience things like chronic overwhelm, trouble focusing or finishing tasks, sensory sensitivities, emotional intensity, social exhaustion, or a lifelong sense of being “different” — and you feel compelled to know if you meet criteria — then testing is a good idea.

🧠 The value of a thoughtful evaluation goes far beyond the outcome.
It can offer language for your experience, validation for your challenges, and clarity about your strengths.
It can help untangle the effects of trauma, burnout, masking, or chronic overwhelm — and give you a clearer path forward, no matter the label.

Here’s how it works:
🗓️ Schedule a free 30-minute consultation
🧠 Book your one-hour virtual intake session
🧑‍💻 Complete your virtual testing day
💬 Receive a thorough and affirming report during your feedback session

💛 My process is virtual, adult-focused, trauma-informed, and neurodiversity-affirming.
