Mission: Working collaboratively with children, families and partners within our communities, AJH aims to help heal, restore, renew and redefine faith and strength in families through community based support, clinical, behavioral and case management services. Vision: AJH will provide community based support, clinical and behavioral case management, therapeutic programs and mentoring services aimed to promote healing, restore faith, renew hope and redefine family. Goal: Through therapeutic programs, youth mentoring, case management and collaborating with community partners, AJH will foster healthy ideas, promote positive development, strengthen relationships and nurture families by working with individual and families to foster a loving, nurturing, stable and supportive relationship and home. Through these mutually exclusive targeted measures, we aim to achieve an increase self-esteem, development of coping skills and to stimulate self-awareness, as well as forward their ability to positively manage and overcome barriers.
