Dr. Sung Chae, M.D., is the Medical Director of Partnership Health Center South Brunswick (PHCSB). Dr. Chae is Board Certified in both Family Medicine as well as Lifestyle Medicine, which focuses on a collaborative and team-oriented approach to wellness. Dr. Jason Torrente, D.O., serves as the Medical Director of Partnership Health Center Hamilton. Dr. Torrente is Board Certified in Family Practice and has obtained a Certificate of Added Qualification in Primary Care Sports Medicine. As a U.S. Navy veteran, Dr. Torrente served as a General Medical Officer for the 3rd Battalion, 4th Marines, and 1st Tanks based in Twentynine Palms, California, and was deployed to the Middle East in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Dr. Torrente brings over 20 years of worldwide experience, both clinically and in leadership roles.

Dr. Melissa Melendez Russo, D.O., serves as the Medical Director of our Franklin Warriors’ Partnership Health Center.
