Congratulations to our Employee of the Month, Melissa C., RN!

Melissa brings 16 years of nursing experience to BrightStar Care, including 15 years in critical care and the past year in quality and patient safety. Since joining our team in June 2025, she has shown incredible dedication and compassion, reminding us all how much she values direct patient care and connection.

Outside of work, Melissa loves spending time with her two daughters, ages 19 and 11, and enjoys reading and being with family and friends. We are so grateful for everything she contributes to our clients and our team.
