Save the date and come celebrate!

Save the date: Each year, one New Jersey health center is chosen to host the National Health Center Week Kick-Off to commence our celebration of America's health centers. This year, Zufall Health has that honor!

To make it even more special, the event will take place at Franklin Middle School, home of our soon-to-open school-based health center.

In partnership with the New Jersey Primary Care Association, we’ll welcome government officials and health care leaders for a special media briefing on the impact of affordable, quality care. At the same time, we’ll host a public Family Fun Day with free food, backpacks, health services, and more, that will begin at 11:00 AM.

We were honored to have Dennis Gonzalez; Executive Officer, Office of the Secretary – Region 2, U.S. Department of Health & Human Services and Dr. Omolola Taiwo; Executive Director, Office of Primary Care and Rural Health, Division of Community Health Services, New Jersey Department of Health.
