Our 2024 Fall Training with Integrated Care Concepts & Consultation will explore Cultivating Compassionate Care in Senior Housing. This full day, in person event offers education on Grief & Traumatic Loss, Trauma Sensitive Treatment, and a Mindfulness Toolbox and includes 4.5 credit hours of continuing education for social workers and HUD resident service coordinators.

As many residents are choosing to age in place, they and those who support them are facing more health concerns, grief, and loss. This training is for all professionals who work with elders in settings where folks are aging in place. We are grateful to our members at

LeadingAge New Jersey & Delaware President/CEO Jim McCracken had a great time attending the New Jersey Legislative Home Care Caucus. The Caucus collaborates with a bipartisan representation of members from both chambers, identifying both issues and opportunities related to Home Care Services. A special thank you to the co-chairs Senator Tony Bucco, Assemblywoman Carol Murphy, Senator Gordon M. Johnson, and Assemblywoman Nancy Munoz for their leadership!
