Your gut doesn't just need supplements—it needs the right foods to heal from the inside out! 🌱

🫐These 8 gut-healing foods work like medicine for your digestive system, reducing inflammation, repairing your gut lining, and restoring balance to your microbiome.

Here's what makes them so powerful:

• Mushroom Broth: Rich in amino acids that seal and repair the gut lining.
• Fermented Vegetables: Packed with probiotics that restore beneficial bacteria and reduce inflammation.
• Ginger: Soothes digestive upset, reduces inflammation, and speeds up gastric emptying.
• Papaya: Contains digestive enzymes (papain) that help break down protein and ease digestion.
• Blueberries: Loaded with antioxidants that protect gut cells from oxidative damage.
• Leafy Greens: Provide fiber, folate, and compounds that feed beneficial bacteria.
• Chia & Flax Seeds: Omega-3s reduce inflammation while fiber feeds your microbiome.
• Sweet Potatoes: Gentle, easy-to-digest carbs that soothe the gut and provide prebiotic fiber.

The best part? These foods work synergistically with your body's natural healing processes—no side effects, just nourishment. 💚

Combine these with gut-healing supplements (like L-Glutamine and probiotics) for maximum impact!

🗒Save this list for your next grocery run and start healing your gut one meal at a time.

The Alavida patch is considered the second most powerful patch in patching✨️
It elevates the peptide epithalamion that activates the pineal gland and increases overall organ function. This peptide will assist the body to reduce oxidative stress, increase collagen production, and rebuild and repair telomeres!

✨️When our Epithalon peptides are active we decrease the risk of developing age-related neurodegenerative diseases, such as Alzheimer’s, dementia, heart disease, etc.
Epithalon antioxidant effects have been a strong area of research in modern clinical trials, and results suggest that Epithalon destroys free radicals and inhibits lipid oxidation, thus protecting against oxidative stress.
Epithalon produces antioxidant effects in the body by activating antioxidant enzymes, such as glutathione peroxidase. ✨️This can indirectly also suppress cancer growth by destroying cancer cells in you and potentially healing you.
✨️Research suggests that Epithalon regulates the functioning of T cells (one of the types of white blood cells).

✨️Because Epithalon regulates melatonin production, you will experience an improvement in your circadian rhythm, thus you will sleep deeper and better.
And finally, people elevating this peptide experienced mild resistance against emotional stress as well. Importantly, their coping mechanism significantly improved.
✨️ Epithalon is primarily used as an anti-aging and healing peptide due to its beneficial effects on T-cell function and telomerase upregulation.

✨️Epithalon is reported to increase protein synthesis in muscle cells leading to enhanced muscle growth and strength. The peptide also helps you lose excess weight, thereby helping you achieve an athletic physique. Scientists also believe that there’s more to Epithalon than just healing and repairing the skin but can rebuild and repair the digestive system!

So, if you are interested in living a long and healthy life, you will need to ensure your Epithalon peptides are active!

😋 😋 😋
I really do love adding essential oils to beverages, especially when I want something simple that still feels special. This Cranberry Lime mocktail is one of those drinks that takes almost no time to put together but tastes bright and refreshing.

You will need:

- Cranberry juice

- Sparkling water or lemon-lime soda

- Ice

- Lime essential oil

- Optional: sliced limes and cranberries for garnish

Fill a glass with ice. Pour sparkling water or soda halfway, then fill the rest of the glass with cranberry juice. Add one drop of Lime essential oil and stir. Garnish if you’d like it to look a little festive.

It’s an easy drink to serve to guests or just enjoy at home. Doesn’t that sound refreshing?

Get your needed essential oils here at a 25% discount automatically without needing to join anything ⤵️

About ITS

We are a holistic healing practice that has been helping people and pets (including some ill dolphins in the Keys back in ‘94) since 1991. We take a natural approach to healthcare and implement holistic diversity. Many times there needs to be a holistic and allopathic connection and approach for healing to take place, we do just that. Just remember, Love Heals

From a very young age, Danielle was strongly connected with Nature and the Elementals. She is a long-time practitioner of I AM work, energy and crystal healing, meditation, CranioSacral therapy, and spiritual counseling. When people started showing up to her home back in the early 1990s and wanted to be 'worked on,' she started her healing practice now known as Integrative Therapies & Services. Traveling and acquiring many modality certifications and licenses she added reflexology, Eastern & Western herbology, flower essences, acupressure, and aromatherapy. Since she was a very young girl, Danielle would 'see' and 'know' things that others in her family did not. As she got older, her 'hearing' and 'smelling' gifts developed. Danielle went into the allopathic healthcare field in the 1980s and earned many medical degrees and uses her allopathic knowledge along with her holistic knowledge and gifts to work with adults, children, and animals, with one foot in each realm.
