Myth: Neurofeedback is an invasive treatment.
Fact: Neurofeedback is non-invasive. It involves hooking up 3 electrodes to you scalp to monitor your brain wave activity. As you watch and listen to a video, the sound and picture will fade in and out as your brain learns how to perform optimally. Most clients find the process to be very relaxing and enjoyable.
