Divine Family Wellness + Urgent Care is owned and operated by Ashley Ozbirn, CRNP. Appointments are accepted, as well as walk-ins. We are open 7 days a week.

We serve patients of all ages and strive to offer exceptional care for our community.

Dana Rogers, Receptionist

Dana is married to Chad Rogers and is the proud mom of two sons, Chase (Allie) and Pate, and the grandmother of two beautiful girls, Maddi Jane and Caroline. A Phil Campbell High School graduate who also attended cosmetology school at Bevill State, Dana recently retired from the sheriff’s department after 27 years of service. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, cruising, and spending time with her adored fur babies. We’re grateful to have her on the Divine Family Wellness + Urgent Care team! 💙

Cadance is a proud 2023 graduate of Marion County High School and a devoted mom to her little boy, Kollier — with a sweet baby girl arriving in March 2026! 💕 In her spare time, she loves baking and spending quality time with her family.

Cadance thrives when working with the public and is passionate about helping her community stay healthy and supported. Lizzie brings professionalism, compassion, and dedication to her role each day. When she’s not at work, she loves spending time with family and friends or doing a little shopping!
