Upper Body: chest, shoulders, triceps, and biceps.

Lower Body: quadriceps, hamstrings, glutes, and calves.

Core: Abdominal muscles and hip flexors.

Other Muscles: Back extensors, Lats, and Pelvic floor muscles.

In other words, one of the best full body compound movements that will also rocket up your heart rate
