GET FIT FRIDAY!

🏃 Here’s my top two favorite exercises for runners!

SL RDL with rotation- add a foam roll to increase hip stability. This is a great warm up to help stabilizers from the ankle to the hip!

Wall clam shell- this mimics the load the hip must accept and stabilize with each stride. Grab a band and feel the burn!

🏃‍♀️These are a great warm up for running or lifting a like!

Kelly did so amazing educating the athletes tonight on improving their coordination with use of the muscles surrounding the pelvic floor while lifting and jumping to prevent and improve any issues with leaking!! So thankful to have her on the team! What a great presentation and training session!!

Welcome Brittney, our 3rd year PT student fulfilling her last clinical before she graduates in May! She enjoys spending time with her family and 4 year-old son, going on runs, and being on the river in the summer. She has also been joining us at CrossFit workouts, so if you don’t see her in the clinic, you will see her in the gym at noon with the Infinity team!
