White Bird Craniosacral Therapy

White Bird Craniosacral Therapy Experience the drug free pain relief today. Feeling better is just a light touch away... How many sessions will you need? It depends. Give it the chance to do so.

I work on people, horses, dogs and various other critters that find their way to me. The following is a more in-depth explanation of what I do...

The CranioSacral System is a physiological system in your body just like your respiratory system and your cardiovascular system, which incorporates the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surrounds and protects the brain and spinal cord. CranioSacral

Therapy is a very gentle, touch method of assessing and facilitating this physiological system. The CST approach allows the body to relax and release deep tensions, which in turn facilitates the relief of pain, trauma and dysfunction and improves your body's ability to become and remain healthy and active. Releasing restrictions within your fascia, cranial & dural tube membrane systems helps to normalize the environment around the brain and spinal cord. This, in turn, facilitates and enhances your body's self-correcting & self-healing ability and in so doing is able to alleviate a wide variety of pain, injury and dysfunction issues. CST facilitates bringing your body back into a state of homeostasis and health. Every individual and every condition respond uniquely to CranioSacral Therapy. Your response to CST may vary in comparison to your friend or family member and so the number of sessions can vary widely. You may only need one session or you may need two to three sessions per week depending on how you respond. I recommend you schedule 3-4 sessions initially (1 per week), and then we see how you respond and adjust things accordingly. What does a session of CranioSacral Therapy feel like? Every individual responds differently to CST and feels or doesn't feel different things. The touch for CST is so gentle and non-threatening to your body that you may or may not feel anything, but that doesn't mean nothing has happened. What is important is how you feel after the session and what relief you have gained, concerning your condition, from the session. Does CranioSacral Therapy hurt? As things change and shift back to a place of homeostasis, or in simpler terms a better state of equilibrium, you may feel some discomfort as your body releases different patterns of restriction. This is temporary and often will dissipate well before the session ends. Your body is in the process of reorganizing and will continue to reorganize for another 36 hours after the session. Don't do anything strenuous or "new" during that time. Listen to your body. Rest, sleep, relax and drink lots of water. Craniosacral Therapy bodywork is an excellent modality to help both you move more freely and generally feel better. Manual therapy techniques and light touch myofascial techniques, energy lines and muscles can be opened and relaxed, allowing them to perform better. Get in touch with your health holistically, today! Reiki (pronounced RAY KEE) is a holistic healing therapy that has been taught in the West since 1938. It is a gentle, non-harmful, Universal life force or spiritual energy based holistic healing modality, that is a complimentary modality to other forms of healthcare. In some perspectives, it is known as "the laying on of hands". Anyone can learn to use Reiki, regardless of age, gender, religion or origin.

I am back to work, and have been for a couple months... In 2025, I will be willing to travel more, and I am open to traveling to work on horses throughout Montana, if there are enough to warrant the drive. If someone wants to become an organizer for their area, they would recieve 1 horse for free, for their efforts. Please PM me if you are interested.

I have been asked to noodle doing a level two spinal maintenance class. So I am putting out feelers for who may be interested?

Space would be limited.

Level one would not be required to take it, but people who have taken it, would get priority over those who haven't.

It would be a road trip to Three Forks. Plenty of space for horses, and plenty of horses, if you don't have any or don't want to bring yours. Two horses per person would be included in cost. Dogs may also be an option. 🤷

Date has not been set, noodling late July/August, but open (somewhat) to suggestion or group preference, to a degree. Would be for sure 3 days, maybe 4.

If you are interested, please PM me, 😊.
