Feeling into your wants, your desires—allowing them to be experienced as already alive within you. Not with your mind, but with your breath—to open and soften any resistance you have around allowing the possibilities of what if to enter your body.

Your body is a receptor—an antenna—continuously sending and receiving vibrational signals. And being in an open, receptive state allows the answers to flow to you even before the signals are transmitted to your mind for analysis.

The beaming outward of signals is continuous, although at times erratic. When desires are unclear or the signal is weak, contradicting or negating beams are present.

Breathe into you—into your true soul and spirit—for receptivity to all that is available at all times.

The energetic match to your desires is always present, but not always given a clear path or avenue through which to enter your physical reality.

Opening the lanes of reception is achieved through your breath, which awakens your internal cells to receive.

Open the gateways of reception and receive unbelievable miracles into your physical reality.

Pause. Breathe. And be open to receive.

Simple? Yes.

Bypassing the analyzing and doubt from your mind is all.

Learn to feel to receive.
Challenge your own beliefs through opening and exploring.

Use the light of your breath as an explorer in a cave.

Fear no thing.

the rust = long-held, hardened beliefs

the jar = the container of identity / certainty

the twist = effort we’ve been using to “fix” ourselves

the light = what was always inside

and “what if” = the thing that softens, not forces

When you feel that you are the object of disapproval or judgment, examine within you what you may be judging. The clearer the mirror, without scrutiny of others, allows a clearer view of you—your soul, who you truly are, and your purpose.

It is not necessary to carry the judgments of others. In fact, it may be that your very being strikes a chord of dissonance within others, causing them to question their long-held beliefs and the possibility that… what if?

What if the thoughts I’ve been fed and forged over my lifetime are not accurate?
What if the beliefs, which are just long-held and repeated thoughts, are being shaken to the core?

It does not make them or you wrong or bad, as that too is a judgment. Rather, it is there to loosen the resolve of what is stuck—to challenge beliefs, allowing true vibrational reality to flow, offering peace beyond understanding.

No matter the source of the dissonance that brings feelings of challenge, it is a gift.

Consider it as such, and use the opportunity to be open to the world of possibilities that exist.

That is living in true resonance with self and Source, and it offers clarity and alignment to who you truly are.

Spin Again…

Consider that you are the center point of an arrow that, when flicked, lands on different possibilities or outcomes.

The center point is riveted in place, yet rife with infinite possibilities.

In a sense, that is you. Although never rooted in place physically, your outlook—where you are at any given spin of the arrow—may change.

If it lands in an undesired direction, are you ever obligated or destined to take that path?

No. Spin again.

The belief you hold about yourself will rise to the surface when the arrow lands, guiding you to the resonant choice for that moment.

If it feels right, take the path. If it doesn’t, spin again.

Your life’s experience is a constant myriad of choices. Begin again from your exact center until it settles and sends signals of yes throughout your body.

Soon, the direction, the outlook, and the feeling align—opening the pathways to receive.

Turn your palms up and allow the universe to deliver your beliefs.

That alignment—the true belief of what you deeply feel you deserve—is exactly what you will experience.

And that belief can change.

Loosen your grip and allow your arrow to land in a direction that brings hope, curiosity, and clarity.

Reset and renew, all from where you are right now.

Relief is in the Release

“The fear of letting go—
of losing control,
of no longer gripping for your life—

that is where the relief lives.”

From me to me…

Even if you’re dangling from what feels like the end of your rope,
there is another one waiting.

Not a rope to bind you or tie you down,
but a moment of release.

The fear of letting go—
of losing control,
of no longer gripping for your life—

that is where the relief lives.

The fear of falling, of failing, dissipates
as you open to the awareness that you are held.

This was never the end.
It was offered as an experience—
one you were meant to have—
to right yourself,
to elevate,
and to continue on your path.

Like the game,
you are Mario—
you will always reset.

Release the grip
and allow the relief.

It is the focus on what was,
rather than the river of infinite possibilities,
that keeps you in what feels like the end—
the period.

But it is only a semicolon, dear one;
a pause, not the end.

There is always another lifeline waiting for you
to flourish and thrive.

Look toward the unknown with wonder,
with hope,
and with full awareness
that all is,
and will be,
okay.

Feel Your Way to Abundance

There is always so much to choose from; begin with your awareness of your body. What is it informing you of?

Before it reaches your prefrontal cortex for analyzing, the awareness is under and deep—that tingly sensation that feels settled and content, where you’re not judging your actions or lack thereof.

Allow the moment to be, to feel, to guide from that place of stillness—of complete or partial reset.

Close your eyes to outside influences. You have enough stimuli from within.

Notice your breath and the trail of light carried with it. Imagine it moving through your body with curiosity, leaving behind a luminous glow—lighting you up from the inside out, leading to a feeling of inner glow, inner peace that is palpable.

Hold that feeling through your waking moments, and recognize often when you’ve shifted, fallen away from that point—and breathe yourself momentarily back in.

Like little refills throughout your day.

Never losing complete charge; staying filled, ready.

Walk softer. Move slower.

All with intention and awareness.

Even for a day—if you would.

A moment.

This will shift your direction ever so lightly toward that which you ultimately desire.

Just be.

Efforting—even if it seems aligned with what you believe is your purpose, your destiny—when done on a schedule, with obligation, or too much structure, will lose its efficacy and the very magnetic resonance that led you to the activity in the first place.

Release and unhinge.

Be unplugged from the “have-tos,” the “shoulds,” and the calendar.

Plug into the very essence of joy and being—that which brings laughter and curiosity.

Allow yourself to be, and let instinct move you rather than the close ties you have to your calendar or whatever you feel shackled to.

Release and go, beginning with your breath.

You are here to enjoy—not to do, not to prove, and not to perform.

Notice the profound beauty in true peace and freedom, even if only within your mind and body.

Be thankful for the air you breathe and the beauty that surrounds you.

Enjoy life, and all the love of the universe will rush to your support in ways not even fathomable.

Choosing Your Lane

Choosing your lane and remaining in a state of flow and unfettered peace. This requires only checking in with yourself and how you feel in any and all moments—without needing cognitive solutions, without overthinking for the one “right” answer to every step.

Often, it is moving with the flow, then checking in for further directional guidance along your path. Each step need not be measured and planned. Going where the wind and your breath move you, then calibrating tiny, incremental adjustments along the way, offers the most enjoyable experience.

Consider being at the mouth of a path with thousands of options. Being microanalytical is the same as no movement at all. Instead, feeling the gentle pull of a yes—or even a crisper no—offers the clearest path, one that will continue to open into more and more.

Not mourning what could have been or the path you think you should have taken is key. Stay in your lane, enjoy what it has to offer, and flourish within yourself.

Enjoy the journey.
