We are posting for Past and current members that are running Open tournaments this Fall since our season is done. The Westside Bass club is not running them and won't be held responsible for any thing about the event or any thing that happens:

Tanners creek Saturday (11/15)
5 bass 12 inches
7:45-4pm $100 per boat ($10 goes to big bass)
Alex Redwine will be running it, look for gray Toyota tundra and black Phoenix.
Weather looks great and some bass should be biting!

Also Scott Benham is having an Open at Brush Creek same day 11/15/25 $60 bonus boost of $100 on top of Big Bass 8a.m. to 4 a.m. 14" size limit questions call Scott at :812 621 8322.

Kurt and Ben get another classic win! They were able to be consistent with the changing conditions and how the lake fished day by day. This is the 3rd time our club has been here for a classic and it has fished differently each time. Great job to everyone who were able to make those adjustments day in and day out to get a check!
Thank you for everyone coming out this year to fish and support the club. We look forward to next year and hope for an even bigger turnout!

I know many of you Fans would like to know how the boys are doing in the Westside Championship. I talked to Dakota Byrd last night. He said Fricke & Aaron are in second with around 16 # and there was a team with around 17 # in the lead, but couldn't remember who. I know Money Marty & Mountain Dew Howie have 13.80, Dakota said most guys had about 12 #. Our future Elitist Dave might pull it off ! Please be signed up by 7:20 to give everyone some extra time to get ready to be on the water.
15” limit on All black species
We are making the creek with the Tom Fuler boat ramp off limits due to 300+ boats returning fish there in the past two weeks from other large tournaments.

If you have any questions please private message the page. I will make another post of all anglers who have qualified with their 8 and members who have 7 and will need to buy one tournament for $80.

RESULTS for Tanners 10/15/25 Open

1st Jamie Hailstones/ Bear Robertson 5F 8.08 2nd BB 2.59 won 735 #

2nd John Viox 5f 7.79

3rd Donovan / Bumgaudner 5f 7.39

4th Rob & Jerry

5th Fricke & Kurt had BB 2.79 won 70 #

6th Brad & Cap, forgot the weight

7th Dakota Ball / Jacob didn't make it in, we called never answered Fricke went looking. Sure he's O.K.

We had 7 teams for our last Wednesday event, nice weather and the fish bit a little better. Fricke took the paperwork, so this is all off memory. Thanks to all that came to our weekday events this year. If your interested, our last regular season tournament is this SATURDAY 10/18/25 at Tanners and it will be open to all, be there by 7:15 a.m. Thanks, it was a lot of fun. Dennis

Just a reminder practice for watts bar does not start until Thursday 10/23. If it is known you are on Watts bar for any reason before Thursday 10/23 you will be disqualified. Just wanted to make sure everyone is aware because I know some people will staying Wednesday evening so you don’t have to drive early Thursday. If you have any questions or concerns please reach out to an officer or private message the page.

Tomorrow 10/15/25 Tanners Open. (The Elitist) Dave Fricke will be there. I am giving out a special bonus of $100 (two $50 bills) of my own money to the team that wins and beats Dave Fricke (The Elitist) This will be on top of the first place $. BUT because I don't want to hear: He, or she or that team only won because they released fished. I am taking out the release areas, which are : Mouth of Tanners to the Rt 50 bridge, Big Bone : Mouth to the first creek past the ramp. Graigs Creek : Mouth of creek to first creek past the ramp. Dave Fricke can't win the $100 bonus, its there for the team who can beat him ! Sorry Dave you have won enough.
Now if Alex Redwine comes he can win the Bonus, but has to promise to room at one event with Fricke when he starts fishing the Elites ! This is our last Wednesday event this year, as Dave Fricke's press secretary, you know if Dave wins again you will hear all about it all Winter ! So lets have some fun. It looks like they might be biting too ! Also we are making our last regular season event OPEN this Saturday 10/18/25 at Tanners if you want to jump in ! No bonus on that one I have to work.
