Sniffles and Sneezes and Coughs! OH MY! Don’t let the seasonal bugs catch you unprepared! I recommend keeping a bottle of VIVI + ACX +Immunegenic for those emergencies! Headed into a 2 to 3 day travel itinerary with 4 kids and the hubby! One thing I ALWAYS pack in our bags- Xylitol nasal spray with 1/4 tsp colloidal silver, ( or 1 drop iodine), 3 drops of cayenne pepper tincture, and 3 drops of marshmallow root tincture. We use this throughout the flight and layovers, and no one gets sick 😊 yes- it burns a little bit. But it works!
