Isn’t it kinda wild that vitamin D3—something we get straight from the sun—that can actually help slow down cancer cell growth. But then we’re constantly told to slather on sunscreen so we don’t get cancer from the sun. Just feels a little backwards, doesn’t it? Especially when most sunscreens are loaded with chemicals, and we’re literally baking them into our skin under UV rays. Makes you wonder if there’s any connection between the rise in sunscreen use and the spike in cancer rates over the years. Who’s really benefiting from that narrative?
