Discover Ortho-Bionomy
This foundation level class covers the History, Principles, Philosophy and Reflexes of Ortho-Bionomy®. We will be looking at the fundamental techniques of working with the spine/ribs, shoulders and pelvis. We will use practical hands-on skills to feel the body’s self corrective reflexes as we assess, release tension patterns and re-educate the body. You will be able to put your new skills to use by the end of the class.
***This workshop is geared to all levels of experience from beginners to professionals***
Bodyworkers such as Massage Therapists, Chiropractors, Physical Therapist, and others: Learn how to work with less effort to ease pain for your clients and add years of longevity to your career for years to come.
Trainers, Coaches and Athletes including Yoga & Pilates Instructors: Learn how to create balanced movement patterns and increase range of motion for both you and your clients/athletes.
Everyone: Learn tangible techniques to create ease in your own body, as well as to help your friends and family! Or explore a new career!
Ortho-Bionomy® is a neurological and structure based method of bodywork which allows for the natural self-corrective reflexes to rise up within the body to accelerate healing, balance and comfort from within. Phase 4 introduces recognition of structure to the body and utilizes both movement and positioning of comfort to access structural alignment and reorganization.
