Dear One Love Family,

It is with a heavy heart that we inform you that One Love Yoga has officially closed its doors. This decision was not made lightly, and it comes with much sadness, but we believe it is the best choice at this time.

We want to express our deepest gratitude for the love and support you've shown us over the years. Our community has been the heart of our studio, and we are so grateful for each and every one of you who helped make this space what it was.

While our studio is no longer operating, we will carry the memories and connections we've made with us, and we hope you will too. If you have any questions or need anything during this time, please feel free to reach out. We are here to support you in any way we can.

Thank you for being a part of our journey. We will truly miss you all.

✨️We have some unexpected news to share: One Love Yoga will be temporarily closed. Due to maintenance within the Hamilton Mill building, we are sadly forced to vacate our space as the building is closing. While this is not an easy situation to face, we are already searching for a new home for One Love Yoga, where we can continue to grow and share this beautiful practice with you. 🙏

If you know of any locations or have questions about your membership, please reach out. Thank you for being part of our One Love family, and we look forward to welcoming you into our new home soon!

An energizing morning practice honoring individual morning energetics, incorporates flowing sequences to warm up the body; building strength, balance and flexibility through meditative vinyasa flow. Beginners can learn vinyasa basics while more seasoned practitioners can deepen their practice.

11am - Y12SR is — 12-Step recovery meeting and yoga practice for those dealing with addictions themselves or others

Y12SR integrates opportunities to practice using Yoga principles and practices of Mindful Movement, Breathwork and Meditation to connect the dots of Yoga and 12 Step Recovery principles, practices and community discussions to help people in Recovery and all people affected by the Dis-ease of Addiction.

This accessible yoga class is designed to teach yoga basics and connect the dots between yoga and 12 Step Recovery Principles and Practices. This is a Donation based class.

Thai Massage is an ancient form of bodywork utilizing methods from acupressure, energy line work (sen lines), joint mobilization and yoga-like stretching. Thai is a clothed massage, given on a futon-like mat on the floor.

This is a 32 hour continuing education certification course, offered over two weekends, that will cover the basic principles and techniques of “Northern Style “ Thai massage, as well as theory and history of Thai massage.

This includes:

- Full routine utilizing prone, side-lying, supine and seated positions for the recipient

- Theory and massage of 10 major energy sen lines

- Proper body mechanics for the practitioner

- Precautions and contraindications for clients and practitioners

- History, theoretical principles and ethics of Thai massage

- Ability to perform a complete 90min - 120min Thai massage

This course is open to any individuals that are sincerely interested in learning healing bodywork and massage. No prior experience is required. It is a valuable addition for massage therapist, healing arts practitioners, yoga teachers, yoga students, physical therapist, personal trainers or anyone who is interested in helping others, like family and friends.

Instructor Kevin Lynch is a NCBTMB certified continuing education instructor, and accordingly students will receive 32 hours of CE credit applicable towards their state license.

Kevin is a recognized Master Thai Practitioner and instructor through SVG school in Thailand, and accordingly students will receive a recognized Certified Thai Practitioner (CTP) status after successful completion.

This practice is a more meditative approach to yoga. It combines long, but supported yoga stretches that teach us how to sit and breathe through life’s challenges. All postures are done on the floor with props to support them. Each pose is held for several minutes, stretching the connective tissue in the joints. During the class, the teacher will move from person to person offering Reiki. (You can always opt out of the reiki portion if you do not want to be touched) Expect a long savasana or yoga nidra with sound healing. Sound healing is a vibrational clearing through the harmonics of singing bowls, a gong, and other instruments. This is a restorative release for mind, body, and soul!
