Happy memorial Day weekend to all my awesome people especially to all my veterans.

Here is my two week update for my post surgeries I forgot to tell you all on Wednesday but it was because it was a bad day.

Wait for my two week checkup we did have to move my arm to redo the sling and the pain was so bad that it made me sick and I almost passed out so I'm hoping by the end of next week when I have my first physical therapy I can be a little more pain free and I can start taking clients for foot detox or hot sauna in Hamlin.

Hey my beautiful peeps this is my two week post off from my shoulder surgery I go tomorrow to the doctor see you when I start the dreaded physical therapy.

I'm doing good I am up and moving around more I can't wait to get back to work I miss all my beautiful clients.

Depending on what the doctor says tomorrow stay tuned and I'll give you start dates of when I can at least start doing foot detox.

Become a Licensed Massage Therapist in 7 months or less. Your estimate completion of your massage school as early as December 2026.

Yes you can finish your massage therapy program and take your state test at the end of 2026 for the beginning of 2027. What an awesome way to start the new year with a new career.

Classes starting June 4, 2026 and June 18, 2026

Day classes Thursday thru Saturday 9am to 2pm

Evening Classes Thursday and Friday 6pm to 10pm and Sat 9am to 2pm

Virtual Classes at your own pace whether you're at work home or kids sports practice your games during the week while your in person classes are just 3 days a week Thursday Friday and Saturday.

Here's a brief story of my journey starting massage therapy career.

My name is Tiffany Gaa and 14 yrs ago I took a leap of faith on myself. I went to tour a massage school and signed up right then and started the next night.

Was I scared?

ABSOLUTELY!

I have struggled with believing in myself and trusting in myself at different times in my life but I now know I can do anything (well almost anything my brain says I'm a spring chicken and my body says I'm an old bird so playing on seesaws I can longer do 😂 😂 😂).

I thought with age it would get better but honestly it didn’t, it wasn’t until I started this journey that I realized what I am capable of.

I know the feeling of drowning fears. I tried to in almost every way you can think of.

That doesn’t have to stop us though!

You CAN learn and start a new journey in the MIDDLE of life.

I was 37 yrs old starting school again with a new career.

Never too late to start anything you put your mind to do and accomplish in your life. (I also meet a beautiful young lady at age of 83 who went to massage school and passed state exam and now a practicing license massage therapist)

About 6 months after graduating massage school and getting my massage therapy license I took another leap of faith and quit my full time day job to go full time massage therapy. And I haven't regretted or looked back since that day.

I've started from ground up 3 times now and again a 2 years ago I took another leap of faith and I opened a massage school so I can spread my love and passion of massage therapy and helping people feel better. (100% passing rate at this time 😁)

It’s not too late to change for the better. Not only for your family but for YOURSELF !!!!

My BIGGEST advice today is

1. You don’t have to have it all figured out!
2. It’s okay to ask for help and to take your time in making decisions. (Or be like me and just go for it. That's ok too)
3. BELIEVE in yourself! You CAN do this! Even when it’s hard.

You got this and I got your back! Start massage therapy school and a rewarding new career. There's lots of different areas of massage therapy you can take your new career in.

While you are attending school and even after you graduate my inbox is open and phone is always on for you to call for advice and opinions.

Hello all my beautiful people sorry I've been MIA but I've been dealing with this shoulder surgery and pain and learning how to be very limited with just one arm so I'm just here to give you an update I'm one week post feeling much better today than I have the past few days I'm really missing all my beautiful clients and can't wait to get back to work just wanted to give you an update miss y'all

Hello all my beautiful peeps just giving y'all an update I finally had my surgery yesterday I am in a sling with no movement from my arm for 2 weeks so with that being said after I go to the doctor's appointment in 2 weeks will determine when I can come back to work to do the little things like hot stone mat with red light therapy hot sauna and even possibly my foot detoxed so stay tuned and I'll let y'all know when I'll be able to come back for some little work.

Just let y'all know I miss all of my beautiful clients

Ok all my beautiful peeps

I really had a good time at a massage conference this weekend helping a couple of other massage therapist with it.

Here is the new amazing tool I will be working on getting after my surgery and back to work (unless I win the lottery) to add to y'all's sessions.

VibroAcoustic Matt that goes on top of my massage table and Cushion for you to just come in to do relaxation / mediation (or stretch) before or after your sessions or just this for yourself.

360 moveable head rest

Not only have I been training with other therapists as a client for pre surgery and will using this post surgery with physical therapy.

The other tool I will have on my wish list is a head rest that moves with your head so I be able to really worked your neck.

I can't wait to be able to do some new amazing techniques in your sessions as I watch this massage therapist do some bodywork using these two tools.

Whoop whoop

Happy 2 yrs of being opened and graduated out 5 students 4 have passed state test and one waiting on test date.

And this right here is one reason I opened my massage school.

Trade schools are just important as colleges. College isn't for everyone.

We need to support all trade schools.
May it be Massage Therapy, Plumbing, Welding, Electric or Cosmetology.

Good morning all my beautiful people.

I will not be taking appointments today thru this weekend as I was asked last minute if I could help at a massage therapy event in Waco.

I'm excited to be helping as I get to learn more about an amazing tool that I want to eventually have to offer all my beautiful people. (Most definitely have to wait till after my surgery. )

On another good note I get to spend some time with family in my hometown West. Oh and get me some Kolaches and some Klobasniks.
