They recently sponsored lunch for providers and athletic trainers during team physicals—where providers from Montgomery, Tuskegee, and Auburn University came together to ensure athletes are ready for the season ahead.

On October 20, 2024, Capitol Imaging Services' team members attended the Autumn Polo Tournament at Summergrove Farms in Folsom. CIS was a corporate sponsor at the event and helped raise funds for NAMI Southeast Louisiana. The annual event is planned by the New Orleans Polo Club.

Due to the projected path of Hurricane Francine, Capitol Imaging Services will close the following sites on Wednesday, September 11th, with plans to reopen on Thursday, September 12th:

- New Orleans Area - All Southshore and Northshore sites
- Baton Rouge - All sites
- Lafayette - Advanced Imaging of Lafayette
- Lake Charles - LA PET/CT of Lake Charles

Updates will be posted as more information becomes available.

The Chiropractic Association of Louisiana (CAL) celebrated their 50th year anniversary at their annual convention held in Baton Rouge on August 23rd – 25th.

As in the past, the CIS' Louisiana sales team came out to support this association and show their appreciation to its members.

Capitol Imaging Services' founder, Dr. John Pasteur Hamide, will reign as Mighty Chief Choctaw of the 2024 Krewe of Choctaw. The Krewe of Choctaw parade is set to roll on Saturday, Feb. 3, at 2 p.m. and follows the traditional Uptown route in New Orleans.
