Happy Nurses Week 💉🤍

Jumping on the bandwagon here!

Looking back at this journey feels a little surreal. From “baby nurse me” graduating from Charity Nursing School in 2007… to earning my BSN, MSN, and Doctorate of Nursing Practice… to working in pediatrics, oncology, infusion, ER, utilization management, and primary care… every step shaped the provider and person I am today.

Nursing taught me compassion, resilience, critical thinking, and how deeply meaningful it is to care for people during vulnerable moments of their lives. And somehow along the way, I found a way to combine my love for medicine with my love for art through aesthetic medicine. ✨

In 2023, Aisthetikos MedSpa was born, and I truly feel so grateful to now do what I love every day — especially alongside my daughter, Sadie. Watching this dream grow from mobile tox appointments to our beautiful downtown Hammond location has been one of the greatest blessings of my life.

To every nurse out there: thank you for the sacrifices, the heart, the long hours, and the lives you touch daily. This profession is not easy, but it is incredibly special.

And yes… apparently I look a little different now too 😂
