Heritage Healthcare is one of the only nursing facilities in Hammond, fortunate enough to offer a secured Memory Care Neighborhood for those diagnosed with dementia, Alzheimer's and other cognitive impairments. Our neighborhood provides support, compassion and resources that are unique to the individual's situation. Heritage Healthcare in Hammond celebrated all of our July Birthdays with our monthly birthday party. The party happened to fall on the same day as Ms. Carolyn’s birthday but the BIG Birthday this month is Ms. Jeanette who turned a whopping 93! The residents celebrated with country music, cowboy hats, bandanas, and lots of cake, and ice cream. Happy Birthday to all of our July birthdays 🎂 🎉
