My name is Elise, and I have been a Registered Nurse for 16 years. Alongside my formal education, I have continually pursued knowledge of holistic health and wellness. My credentials include a certificate in herbal studies and internships & studies involving the fields of root cause, metabolic health, drainage pathways, adrenal health, gut health, quantum physics, inner child healing, reparenting

and nervous system regulation. My passion is being in service to help others achieve their health goals by uncovering the root cause of their symptoms and assisting the body in restoring balance, allowing it to perform as it was designed by God. Instead of considering symptoms as a nuisance, I view them as an urgent plea from our body's tireless efforts to resolve fundamental imbalances. Yesterday’s lunch coupled with sunlight: a yummy refreshing iceberg lettuce ‘sandwich’ with nitrate/nitrite free deli turkey with bacon, raw cheddar and ranch!

Best part about it: I felt full afterwards, did not experience any fatigue or ravenous hunger and hour or two later and my blood sugar readings only raised a few points before it returned to my baseline.

I’m status post four months of using nutrition: sunlight, food, and strategic supplementation to reverse insulin resistance which has allowed for inflammation and weight loss to gradually melt off me. Despite the narrative that women are doomed bc of the hormones-there is hope!
