Laura advocates for our residents, supports families during difficult moments, and somehow always manages to bring fun, laughter and light into the building along the way. Her kindness and compassion make a real difference in the lives of the people we care for every single day.

Today, we are celebrating a very well-deserved honor! Our Housekeeping/Laundry Supervisor Brian Pedersen received the Best of the Best Award from Healthcare Services Group, Inc. and we couldn't be more proud.

His dedication, high standards and incredible work ethic help ensure our facility always looks clean and welcoming for our residents, families and staff. Brian takes great pride in his work, and his commitment does not go unnoticed.

Congratulations to this month’s Kindness Karma winner, Business Office Manager Paula Dickens!

Everyone who works with Paula knows she is kind, compassionate, and extremely hard working. She is kind to everyone around her, staff and residents alike. She was nominated for juggling many hats with grace and compassion, as well as always taking the extra time to help residents and families with many questions. Her job is very busy, but she always has time to help others.

We are so fortunate to have Paula on our team!
