📚✏️ Back to School: Kindergarten Ready! ✨
It’s that time of year again—new backpacks, fresh crayons, and BIG milestones for our littlest learners! 💛 We’re celebrating all the kindergarten readiness skills our kiddos are working hard to master through Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy!

👀 Our OTs & STs support your child’s success in the classroom—from strengthening fine motor skills for writing ✍️, to building communication skills for making new friends 🗣️💬, to learning how to follow routines and directions! 🎒🧠

✅ Zipping up backpacks
✅ Holding a pencil correctly
✅ Asking for help
✅ Taking turns and sharing
✅ Following multi-step directions
✅ Expressing ideas clearly

We want to make sure each kiddo is ready for a wonderful school year! 🌈💬✋

All month long in AUGUST, we are collecting school supply donations! Each donation earns a vote to send your favorite therapist into a WATER BALLOON FIGHT! 💦😄

Happy Hands Families, come see us tomorrow at Rockin’ Wheels in Mandeville, La at Fontainbleau State Park on August 2nd! We will have a table with fun activities along with several other vendors! This fun event is put on by We Rock the Spectrum Gym- an inclusive sensory friendly gym- opening soon on the Northshore in benefit of their nonprofit My Brother Rocks the Spectrum. Hope to see some familiar faces!
