Gymnastics + OT = purposeful play 🤸‍♂️✨

These activities provide deep pressure input, build strength, improve coordination and motor planning, and support reflex integration. All of this helps improve body awareness, regulation, and confidence—skills that carry over into everyday life! In this video, our therapist Miss Holly (aka our built-in gymnastics coach 🤸‍♀️) is targeting deep pressure, regulation, strength, and body awareness with wall handstands—plus backbends for Moro reflex integration! 💪🏼

Gift wrapping may look like holiday fun, but it’s packed with OT benefits and meaningful skill-building 🎄❤️

✂️ Occupational Therapy benefits: strengthening fine motor skills through cutting, taping, and folding; improving bilateral coordination as hands work together; and building visual–motor integration to line up edges, corners, and tape accurately. Wrapping also targets motor planning, sequencing, problem-solving, and attention as kids follow multi-step directions from start to finish.
