More Than Just a Sign on the Wall 🤝

A lot of families might see our association certificates and think they’re just professional formalities. But to us, those memberships represent a promise to you.

Why do we spend our time at conventions and sitting on association boards?

To stay educated: We attend seminars so we can offer the most up-to-date expertise.

To build a "lifeline": We’ve cultivated a national network of retail friends and vendors over the years. If a unique issue arises, we know exactly who to call. These friendships go beyond a rolodex of names, it includes shared experiences, dinners, drinks, and attendance creating bonds we can call on when needed.

To lead: Being on the board allows us to help shape the future of our industry and stay ahead of new trends.

We love the friendships we’ve made across the country, but we love even more that these connections allow us to serve our community better every single day.

Real membership isn't signing a check for membership or hanging that certificate on the wall, it is participation.

Big shout out to a friend's business. Dinosaurs of the Hell Creek Museum opened last year just north of Rapid City South Dakota. They are a new museum and also run PALEOADVENTURES DINOSAUR DIGS where you can join as a field assistant and dig up your very own dinosaur fossils. Our son has been a client and/or employee there for over 10 years. They are doing great things and we want to take a moment and recognize our good friend Walter and all his hard work.

We love our local community and the many beautiful cemeteries we work with every day. ❤️

Most of these partners are fantastic, but we want our neighbors to be aware: a few cemeteries in our area try to make the process difficult if you don't buy directly from them especially when it comes to bronze-on-granite memorials.

We want you to know that you have options. Our team is dedicated to navigating these hurdles for you. We will stay on top of the cemetery management visiting their offices and advocating for your family to ensure your memorial is installed without illegal delays or extra stress.
