Golden Milk Sleepytime Latte
Warm, soothing, and packed with anti-inflammatory goodness, this golden milk latte is the perfect way to unwind.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp ground turmeric
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp ground ginger
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of black pepper

Instructions:
In a small saucepan, whisk together almond milk, turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, and black pepper. Heat over medium heat until hot but not boiling. Remove from heat and stir in honey and vanilla extract. Pour into a mug and enjoy warm.
