Hereโs me in the same dress 6 years ago and just last week. This is not a humblebrag. Iโm posting this to share that even though our bodies go through changes (๐ข๐ฉ๐ฆ๐ฎ, ๐ฎ๐ฆ๐ฏ๐ฐ๐ฑ๐ข๐ถ๐ด๐ฆ) we donโt have to give up on ourselves. Iโm proof that consistent routines work, and to be honest my routines have needed some tweaking in the last few years thanks to midlife hormonal changes.
