🚑 About the Role
Partnerships and Positions Available:
Intensive In-Community (IIC) Therapist or Outpatient Clinician
Employment Type: Partnership as a 1099 Contractor or W2 Employee
Location: New Jersey (in-home, community, or telehealth)
Key Responsibilities:
Complete biopsychosocial assessments and treatment plans
Deliver individual and family therapy
Teach emotional regulation, coping, and life skills
Participate in Child-Family Team meetings and crisis intervention
Document care in our intuitive EHR system
Attend required supervision and professional development
🎓 Qualifications
NJ Licensure: LSW, LCSW, LAC, LPC, LMFT, or MFT (Active & in good standing)
Master’s in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
Familiarity with EHR systems & remote documentation
Excellent communication and time management
Reliable transportation and valid NJ Driver’s License (for IIC roles)
