📣 Office Update – Normal Hours (With One Exception) for Tuesday, February 24, 2026

Atlantic County Family Spine will operate under normal office hours today at all locations except Egg Harbor Township.

📍 Egg Harbor Township (EHT) will have a delayed opening and will begin seeing patients at 10:00 AM.

All other offices — Galloway, Atlantic City, and Hammonton — will operate as scheduled.

❄️ Blizzard Conditions: Protect Your Back ❄️

The storm has hit Atlantic County hard. This isn’t light powder — this is heavy, wet, dense snow.

That combination is one of the biggest causes of winter back injuries.

If you’re heading out to clear your driveway today, keep this in mind:

✅ Warm up first – 5–10 minutes of light stretching
✅ Use a smaller shovel – heavy snow = smaller loads
✅ Push whenever possible – don’t lift what you can slide
✅ Bend at the knees and keep your back straight
✅ Never twist while lifting – pivot your feet
✅ Take frequent breaks – fatigue leads to injury
✅ Stop immediately if you feel sharp pain

Wet snow can weigh 20+ pounds per shovel full. Add wind and repetition, and your spine takes a beating fast.
