💜 A Heartfelt Thank You from Spring Village at Hammonton! 💜
What an unforgettable day! Our First Annual Alzheimer’s Walk was filled with joy, laughter, and love as our residents, their families, our amazing staff and their loved ones, and so many wonderful Hammonton community members came together to walk in support of a cause close to our hearts.
We are truly humbled by the outpouring of support and generosity from everyone who participated, donated, and cheered us on. The smiles on our residents’ faces said it all — this event was about hope, community, and connection.
Thanks to your kindness, our Spring Village at Hammonton team proudly raised $2,263 for the Alzheimer’s Association! Every step we took was a step toward a future without Alzheimer’s, and we couldn’t have done it without each and every one of you.
To our incredible residents and families — thank you for your energy and spirit. To our dedicated team and their families — thank you for always going above and beyond. And to our Hammonton neighbors — your presence reminded us how strong and compassionate this community truly is.
