We’re excited to expand our Mat Pilates offerings with two unique ways to practice:
💠 Pilates Essentials
A slower-paced, 45-minute class focused on alignment, technique, and core principles. Perfect for building strength, refining your practice, or returning to the foundations.
Tuesdays, 5-5:45 PM
💠 Pilates Flow
A dynamic, faster-paced class that blends strength, control, and continuous movement for a more challenging experience.
Tuesdays, 6-7 PM & Thursdays, 9:30-10:30 AM
👉 Whether you’re looking to slow down and focus on form or turn up the heat with a challenge, we’ve got you covered!
📅 Check the schedule and find the format that fits your vibe.
Any existing Mat Pilates reservations are still intact, with our old title Mat Pilates turning into Pilates Flow.
You may make changes and jump in on the new class if that better suits your schedule or taste!
