What if “ghosts” aren’t just spirits, but the unresolved stories and energies that haunt our spaces- and ourselves? Join us in an evening exploring the diary of a modern clearer. We will discuss a gentle practice of seeing not chasing; of offering awareness to what feels stuck, weather in a historic building or in your own heart. It’s an invitation to lighten the weight of the past together.

Join Michael Smith, published author, and Reiki Master, for this 60 minute event on Sunday March 29th at 4:00pm. Bring items, stories, writings, and/or photos to experience energy clearing.

It’s time for our Wednesday night bangin combo of Barre and Gentle Yoga! First, we sweat: lunges, squats, plies, light weights, gliders, balls, high energy and low impact.

Then we cool it down in Gentle Yoga. Tonight we are welcoming Spring (it’s about time), with special attention to the upper body and the element of air by embodying our breath.

We can't wait for our Hip Hop Dance Party with guest instructor Erica (who is outstanding btw) on Friday March 27th from 6:30pm to 8:00pm!!!

Grab some friends, learn step by step dance moves, and then Erica will take you through a full hip hop dance sequence. No dance experience necessary. All fun, laughs, and a good, release tension, move your body time.
