I have had a thought lately that the USA is becoming a country of the haves and the have nots. Furthermore, our corporations too often reward the upper echelons and not the rank and file proportionally. The union -management divide found here in this country echoes the haves vs. have- nots and encourages us vs. them thinking instead of working together toward common goals. New ideas in Washington are hard to come by as government is dominated by too many older individuals who don't have truly innovative ideas. What if we mandated large and medium size corporations into sharing their profits with their employees and not just their upper echelon managers and officers and shareholders? I think we may be able to create more responsive and ethical companies... What do you think?

Recent research indicates that chronic stress can actually change the human brain so that it becomes more emotional and less adept at thinking and problem-solving! If you are chronically stressed consider increasing your supports and access to professional help!🤔🤔

Some keys to better mental health: 1) Exercise, 2)Eat healthy foods,3)Gratitude is an important attitude to cultivate, 3) Self- acceptance as well as realistic appreciation of one's shortcomings and strengths, 4) Self awareness of one's emotional life and creative expression of emotions. That's enough for one day!
