Our Wilmington and Hampstead offices will be closed on Friday, July 4th and Saturday, July 5th in honor of the 4th of July holiday and to give our staff some well deserved time off to be with friends and family. We will resume normal business hours on Monday, July 7th at 8:00 am in our Wilmington office and 8:30 am in our Hampstead office.
Seaside Pediatrics will be open and will see our patients for urgent care on Saturday, July 5th. Please call their office at 910-452-1999 for hours of operation.

Hours of operation for the upcoming holiday weekend for Carolina Pediatrics of Wilmington are as follows.
Both the Hampstead and Wilmington offices will be open on Friday the 18th. Hampstead will be open from 8:30-11 am and the Wilmington office will be open from 8-11 am. We will be closed on Saturday and Sunday. Seaside Pediatrics will see our patients on Saturday. Please call them at 910-452-1999 for their office hours.

Thank you for choosing Carolina Pediatrics to provide care for your child. We are currently in the process of switching electronic medical records systems so that we can better and more efficiently serve our patients. The official shift to our new system will occur on April 7, 2025. In order to facilitate a smooth transition, we will be closed Saturday, April 5th, and our typical weekend sick clinic will be covered by Seaside Pediatrics.

As a part of this transition, we will also be
moving to a new electronic system for patient communication, appointment reminders, and patient portal. As a result, some forms or practice policies may need to be updated, so please be on the lookout for any new communications from Carolina Pediatrics requesting action after the transition occurs.

Thank you so much for your understanding during this time as we continue to work diligently to maintain short wait times, while focusing on providing quality and efficient patient centered care!

Supporting our communities is something that we whole heartedly believe in.
NOURISHNC is a non-profit in Wilmington that provides healthy food to hungry children. NourishNC mobilizes volunteers and resources to provide supplemental food assistance to the 1 in 5 children in New Hanover County who struggle with hunger.
Our staff made snack bags that will help the Backpack Program. We delivered over 100 bags that contained healthy snacks.

THANKSGIVING HOLIDAY OFFICE HOURS:

Both the Wilmington and Hampstead offices will be closed on Thursday, November 28th. Both offices will be open on Friday, November 29th from 8:00-11:00 am. We will be closed on Saturday, November 30th. Seaside Pediatrics will be seeing our patients on Saturday, November 30th from 8:00-11:00 am. You can reach them at 910-452-1999. Carolina Pediatrics of Wilmington is supporting our community. We decorated 6 tabletop Christmas trees for the 2nd Annual Lighting The Way Christmas Tree Auction. This unique fundraiser is hosted by Thalian Association Community Theatre to benefit the Hannah Block Historic USO/Community Arts Center. The online auction, featuring the beautifully decorated one-of-a-kind tabletop Christmas trees, opens for bidding November 11th-December 8th at https://event.gives/holidaytrees.
The winning bidders will be announced on December 8th from 3-4 pm. You do not have to be present to win. All proceeds will be dedicated to much-needed improvements at the Community Arts Center.
