Honored to volunteer with The SOAP Project Wellness Weekend and offer yoga sessions to survivors of human trafficking or as I saw them, angels! Such amazing women all coming together for a healing weekend. Thank you to Jade Yoga mats, one call and each woman had their own mat to keep 🧘‍♀️💖🙏🏼 when we support each other amazing things happen 🙏🏼🦋💗
