The Zone offers great energy, great equipment and classes without being overcrowded or intimidating. We also offer a large assortment of free weights, barbells, bumper plates, kettlebells, wall balls and so much more. Take advantage of our classes, such as Body Pump, Circuit and Hiit to name a few. Hey Zone Family — quick update.

Our opening at the new location is being delayed by 1 day due to a few factors outside our control. We know a lot of you have been planning around this, and we’re truly sorry for the inconvenience.

LOCKER ROOM UPGRADE PREVIEW

Our new Plaistow location is coming together quickly, and the locker rooms are almost complete. These upgrades are designed to make your experience better, brighter, and more comfortable.

Here is what you will notice
• modern tiled showers
• improved lighting and fixtures
• more space and privacy
• cleaner, updated layout
• better airflow and comfort

Even with the improvements, it will still feel like the same great Zone Gym you know and love. The upgrades simply make everything more comfortable and efficient for your training.

We are open today until 3:00 PM.
Due to the winter storm we will be closing at 3 PM for the safety of our members and staff.
We will reopen tomorrow morning once the roads are cleared and conditions are safe.
