Behavioral Consulting for Autism, PLLC Early intervention center-based autism services utilizing ABA in Wilmington, Leland, and Hampstead. Half and full-day programs are available.

Behavioral Consulting for Autism, PLLC provides ABA therapy for children with autism, intensive early intervention, and family and community training and consultation. The Wilmington and Hampstead center-based early intervention programs are geared toward children ages 18 months- 6 years old. We provide 1:1 intervention to address the core deficits of autism so that each child may improve on his or her communication, social interaction, play skills, school readiness, self-regulation, and behaviors. Research-based ABA practices utilized at the BCA Center include discrete trial teaching, pivotal response training, verbal behavior, and structured socialization. We also incorporate play-based ABA to utilize the child’s natural interests as we teach new skills and increase desired behaviors. ABA therapy can also be provided in families' homes. Treatment is tailored to each child’s strengths and needs and address communication, socialization, behavior challenges, self-help skills, and other functional living skills that would improve the quality of life for the family and child. Using this service model, 1:1 ABA services are provided to children 3-5 days a week, depending on each child's needs. BCA is an equal opportunity organization and will not allow discrimination based upon age, ethnicity, ancestry, gender, national origin, disability, race, size, religion, sexual orientation, socioeconomic background, or any status prohibited applicable law.
