👋 From front desk support and insurance specialists to HR and marketing, this team is the friendly face and helping hand behind the scenes — making sure your journey with us is seamless.

🌟 Selena Biele – Administrative Executive & Intake Specialist, always ready to assist with referrals, intake paperwork, scheduling and insurance questions.
🌟 Fran Peffer – Front Desk Manager handles scheduling, calls, and daily front desk operations while ensuring a smooth and welcoming client experience.
🌟 Kelly Rouse – Front Desk staff responsible for scheduling, calls, and providing friendly support to clients.
🌟 Jewel Lowe – Human Resources Manager and intake expert handling VA approvals and medical records processing.
🌟 Kristin Ferriggi – HR Liaison and Quality Care Coordinator, fostering connections and creating a welcoming environment for all while also managing social media initiatives.
🌟 Courtney Colon – Insurance Specialist, your go-to for insurance paperwork and approvals.
🌟 Sheonagh Belokur - Accounts Receivable Specialist handles invoices, customer payments, and maintaining accurate financial records.

As we celebrate 10 amazing years at Raise the Bar Therapy Services, we’re proud to introduce our talented Pediatric OT team — dedicated to helping children grow, play, and thrive! 🎉

🌟 Megan Stout, OTR/L
Megan brings specialized training in stroke care, women’s health, and dynamic movement intervention. She uses play to help kids reach milestones and supports families every step of the way.

🌟 Adrianne Kilgen, OTR/L
Adrianne provides holistic, fun, and patient-centered care. Originally from Long Island, she loves helping children of all ages live life to the fullest.

🌟 Samantha Conley, OTR/L
With experience from newborns to adults, Samantha discovered her passion for pediatrics at the PA School for the Deaf. She joined RTB in 2023 and brings energy and compassion to each session.

🌟 Ashley Dubuque, COTA/L
Ashley’s background includes over a decade of service, including managing group homes. She’s passionate about building confidence and independence through creative, engaging therapy.

🌟 Tori Roberts, OTR/L
A recent ECU grad, Tori has experience in acute care and outpatient pediatrics. She’s excited to help kids build skills through meaningful activities and play.

🌟 Shelby Harbaugh, COTA/L
Shelby brings a strong foundation in psychology and hands-on care to every session. She’s committed to helping children gain independence with compassion and joy.
