What I’ve learned over the years is that most people don’t truly think they are capable of making a difference in the world! What I’ve also learned is that you don’t need to make a difference in the entire world but you can one person at a time. It’s the people you come in contact with on a daily basis that just a smile or a kind word can make all the difference to them! People have an Invisible sign on their forehead saying make me feel important and mostly loved!

Change is hard there’s no doubt about that and there’s usually some fear attached to the change! What I’ve learned is that staying comfortable isn’t always the best thing either! Sometimes we just need to feel the fear and do it anyway! You never know what’s on the other side until you take a leap of faith!

Our Story

My Vision is to Ignite and Empower people to live the most vibrant and healthy life so that they can make a difference in the world and create a life of freedom and choice!

Years ago I was diagnosed with two autoimmune diseases that affected my metabolism and I always felt tired and lethargic and could not release weight no matter what I tried! I found a holistic doctor about 10 years ago that taught me that food can either heal or hurt you and once I found that I could heal myself with nutrition I went on a journey to search for ways to heal my body with food and supplements instead of pharmaceutical drugs! I started to learn about addressing health at the cellular level, dealing with toxicity, stress, nutrition, inflammation and anti-aging and once I did, weight management came as a side effect. Once I started researching and healing myself I found my inner passion for inspiring others to do the same, that is when Planet Janet Wellness was born.
