Everyone enjoyed and took in the gorgeous view during our last class for the season this past Thursday for Sunset Yoga on the Deck at the Pelham Hotel.

It was a spectacular and amazing summer on their deck! Much appreciation to the Pelham Hotel for welcoming us!

Thank you all for joining us for these Tuesday & Thursday classes and thank you to our teachers Dot & Amanda for guiding these wonderful classes all summer!

Due to rain, we had a beautiful indoor yoga class this morning in a cozy quiet space inside Breakers Restaurant with this mother /daughter staying at the hotel. The class was led by Susan Bezreh, our Studio Owner.
