Our office is closed this week, and we will be back in the office taking clients next Monday, 3/11!

I am taking the first training towards becoming a practitioner of somatic transformational breathwork. Our breath is our life force, it is our direct connection to our being. By utilizing the breath with intention, there is a powerful healing effect on our subconscious. Excited to add this modality in to our offerings in the near future. Breath and Hypnosis work together in a beautiful synchronistic way.
