I had an amazing time in Charlotte and I indulged a little too much! Most of that 5 lbs on the scale isn’t fat I’ve gained just water from poor food choices for the past 3 days. But this is one time I may have just eaten an extra 3500 calories to gain that pound of fat because man oh man the food in Charlotte is good! Add a weighted vest to your workout to burn more calories!

Whew! It got dicey on the way home I thought I was going to be one dog short by the time I got home! Thank God she’s ok! Now I have had a lot of fun in Charlotte…and I have gotten a little off track so starting now I am refocusing and getting back on track because I will never be almost 300 pounds again!
