However, this is a year of changes and I believe that we constantly grow personally & professionally in this life. Fun Fact: I went to school for Massage Therapy after certifying as a Doula. I loved the idea of adding professional touch to my Doula life.

In my massage practice I enjoy the opportunity to work on mamas using my education and understanding of the many changes that happen throughout pregnancy and postpartum. In using massage I offer relaxation and relief from sore and tense areas that are effected by the changing shape of the body during pregnancy and after delivery.

What the human body does is amazing - being able to offer support during this phase of life is humbling.

taking care of you allows you to take care of others. massage offers a variety of benefits and like any good care we do for ourselves the benefit comes over time with repetition. we exercise, we eat healthy, we must also feel our soul. make time to relax & revive; mind, body, spirit.
