Russell Menning, 91, of Mason City, passed away on Tuesday, August 26, 2025 at MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center in Mason City. A private family service will be held with burial in the Hampton Cemetery. Funeral arrangements are under the guidance of the Sietsema-Atkinson Funeral Home in Hampton.
