Italy has graduated from Aveanna Speech Therapy!

We're so excited to celebrate this special milestone with her family and speech therapist, Peyton. Throughout her time working with Italy, SLP Peyton worked on developing Italy's receptive and expressive language skills, partnering with her family to provide the best possible care. With her newfound confidence, Italy confidently uses phrases to express her wants and needs, she asks and answers questions with ease, and she eagerly shares updates about her day.

"Italy’s bright and bubbly personality made her an absolute joy to work with!" said Peyton. "She was always eager and ready to participate during our visits, and her family played an active and supportive role throughout her therapy journey. It’s a bittersweet milestone, but I’m incredibly proud of how far she’s come and excited to see all the amazing things she’ll go on to achieve!"

As Aveanna continues to recognize Physical Therapy Month, we have multiple reasons to celebrate! Axel has graduated from Aveanna physical therapy, and we are thrilled to show our gratitude to PTA Mike, the therapist who helped him reach this special milestone in his care journey.

Over the years that PTA Mike worked with Axel, his care helped him feel like part of Axel's family. His upbeat attitude and supportive demeanor gave Axel confidence to work hard toward his goals. Axel's mom was grateful for Mike's dedication, professionalism, and patience while working with her son.

"It was such a pleasure to work with Axel and his family over these years," said Mike. "I felt like part of the family as we watched Axel grow so much and become so confident. I will always remember how I felt and the look on his parents’ faces when he reached milestones and surpassed them. Well done, Axel! We are all very proud of you."
